Kaygee Loparex India Pvt. Ltd, a joint venture with Loparex (an erstwhile member of UPM-Kymmene group), is India’s leading commercial siliconiser. Loparex is the world’s largest commercial siliconiser with a turnover of over Euro 400 Million. Our current product range consists of release liners in both, paper and filmic substrates.
� Kaygee Loparex’s expertise lies in coating with Platinum & Tin catalyzed silicone chemistries.� We are the first in India to employ Ultra Violet (UV) curing capability. We employ four coating processes to meet wide-ranging customer requirements, i.e. Solvent based Platinum (30%) with thermal curing, Solvent-less Platinum (100%) with both UV and thermal curing, Solvent based Tin with thermal curing and the Emulsion based thermal curing.

These coating systems can be applied to film and paper webs. Paper liners consists of Glassine, Super Calendered Kraft, Polycoated Kraft, Clay Coated Kraft, Light coated Kraft & Machine Glazed Kraft, in grammages ranging from 30 to 200 GSM, upto a decal of 1100 mm wide and OD upto 1100mm. Film liners consist of PET, BOPP, LDPE, HDPE & CPP, in the thickness range of 12 to 250 microns. We have the capability to slit stock to a minimum width of 18mm with an OD of 600mm.
